Resulticks Explores the Future of Data-Driven

BFSI Customer Engagement at DMFS 2023, New York

On November 2 and 3, the 2023 Digital Marketing Financial Summit (DMFS) took place in New York City, drawing BFSI business leaders, technology vendors, and analysts together for two days of discussions and exchanges on the latest trends in the fast-evolving sector.

Resulticks presented to DMFS attendees RESUL, its path-breaking, all-in-one real-time audience engagement solution, as well as other products aimed at solving the biggest CX challenges. Resulticks experts had productive conversations with major organizations such as Citibank, HSBC, Sun Life Financial, and Edward Jones Investments, showcasing the successes and transformations the company had been able to deliver for its BFSI clients across the world.

Josh Bilow, VP of Sales at Resulticks, and Chris Matty, CRO at Versium, also presented an eye-opening conversation titled “Turning Silo-ettes into Customer Portraits.” The talk explored the worrying gap between BFSI businesses’ recognition of data’s pivotal value and the difficulties they face while trying to unleash its full potential for customer-centric engagement.

Matty walked the audience through the biggest customer data challenges today, such as lack of data expertise and the messiness of data typically found in an organization’s systems. The two experts then dived into best practices for delivering personalization through properly utilized data, with detailed examples of how BFSI brands can deliver the right interventions at the right point in a customer’s journey. Chris Matty touched on the possibilities of data-powered hyper-personalization presented by RESUL’s recently announced integration with Versium.
